By attending this event held by CRISTA Ministries, participants will enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Entry and presence at the event constitute attendee’s consent to be photographed, filmed, otherwise recorded and the making of any derivative works based on these. By entering attendee also gives their consent to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of their appearance, voice and name for any purposes whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with CRISTA Ministries and its initiatives including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and marketing. By entering the event premises, attendee waives and releases any claims they may have related to the use of recorded media of themselves at the event including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of attendee, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such recorded media. Attendee understands that all photography, filming, recording and the production of any derivative works will be done in reliance on this consent. This agreement is binding on attendee and their next of kin, successors and assigns. Individuals should not attend the event if they do not agree to the foregoing; entry constitutes acceptance.
